Offered on a wide variety of themes from regional cuisine such as Thai, Greek or Mexican or on specific food themes such as Breads & Crackers, Kids Lunches or Winter Soups. All classes are conducted in an informal, friendly atmosphere. Both experienced raw fooders as well as those seeking to make some healthy improvements to their lifestyle are welcome.
Classes are in the evenings from 6.00 to around 10pm. The evening includes full information & recipe booklets to take home with original Earthshine recipes, lots to eat and taste, handy hints and Q&A’s. We use predominantly certified organic ingredients in our classes. There is also a shop with unique ingredients used in our recipes PLUS loads of other raw goodies, products & superfoods!
